Job Summary

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Trainee to support our daily accounting and financial operations.

The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with Tally and MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.

Freshers, B.Com/M.Com graduates, CA-pursuing candidates, and CA trainees are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Support bank reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and taxation-related documentation.
- Maintain accounting records using Tally, ZOHO Books and MS Excel.
- Support monthly financial reporting and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments and invoices.




- Assist senior accountants with daily accounting activities.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com / M.Com graduates or pursuing candidates.
- CA Foundation / CA Intermediate pursuing candidates.
- CA trainees and freshers are welcome.
- 2–3 year of accounting experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
