Job Summary

We are looking for a Career Expert to guide prospective students and parents, promote our career-focused programs, and achieve enrolment targets through B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Handle leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build robust relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth enrolment.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in EdTech / Education.
- Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
