· Performing inward inspection will includes close inspection and functionality testing of the received items, for GRN, SRN. Preparing Job card QC.

· Conducting pre-dispatch inspection (final inspection) of the jobs in order to meet the requirements and to prevent the loss in customer confidence, various problems, and damages in advance. Checking the packaging of model like checking stickers, screws, scratches etc.

· Conducting after enclosure QC by checking the model according to the set standards.

· Performing Transformer Testing according to the parameters and segregating the Ok and rejected transformers. Sharing the result of escalation with winding department and solving in-process transformer issues (mostly for new model).

· Maintaining records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.

· Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager

· Maintain a company-wide quality management system consistent with manufacturing and production standards to include internal auditing of all processes.

· Giving criteria and check points for raw material inspection, preparing RMQP/ RMIR and providing it to the team and supervise the performance of physical inspections for monitoring products including inward, in-progress, and final inspection before shipping manufactured goods.

· Giving approval for material deviation, material rejection, material alternates, process approval in production, quality related plans, new components, new material evaluation, performing tests on the new material etc. Handle and resolve quality issues with clients, manage manufacturing and production quality staff, continuously verify effectiveness,



and provide advice for improving the quality system.

· Planning and monitoring the calibration of instruments on regular basis to reduce the errors and get the required output for smooth processing.

· Collaborate with all department staff to provide data about current quality levels and expertise for maintaining and improving the quality of work and products.

· Handling audits of ISO, Getting ISO documents filled like Objective monitoring records from each department and then review it monthly, Planning and conducting the MRM(once in a six months), Quality review meeting(every month) , Providing and conducting trainings related to the ISO to the employees(once in quarter), closing NC's and implementing corrective actions

· Research on recent product development- Studying customer specs, checking feasibility then searching new design, preparing the design & development plan of new product.

· Analyzing the product design and recreate using a physical part as a starting point. During the design process for a new product, different setting procedures, plans and processes for the pilot batch in order to test, evaluate and validate the conceptual design to fulfill clients requirement. Several modifications to the original design may be required

· Conduct plant floor audits to communicate with production associates and review all quality data such as scrap and sorting costs. Provide instruction, development, and training to ensure compliance with the company’s manufacturing and production quality process.

· Report generation (monthly) on the basis of production status i.e. acceptance, rejection, rework.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
