Role Description The Intern Personal Assistant role is an on-site internship position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining diaries, and handling basic clerical work. Responsibilities may include assisting with communication between internal teams and external partners, organizing documents, preparing simple reports, and helping with logistical arrangements related to studio operations.



The role offers exposure to the film and media environment while providing hands-on experience in professional administrative support.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance for effective support of daily activities.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with team members and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess skills in Diary Management and Clerical Skills to organize schedules and maintain accurate records.

Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort with digital tools.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn about studio and production workflows.

Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant diploma or degree (such as arts, media, business, or administration) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
