Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute production plans as per customer orders and delivery timelines.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, capacity, and order priorities.
- Monitor planned vs. actual production and follow up on delays and bottlenecks.
- Track order progress and ensure timely completion and dispatch.
- To issue the yarn dyeing & lab dips program to different Dyeing units.
- Follow up with yarn dyeing units for timely supply of dyed yarns.
- Coordinate with dyeing units for shade matching & shade approval process
- Maintain Yarn shade wise delivery schedule of different yarn dyed units.
- Maintain production planning, order tracking, and dispatch reports.
- Ensure production plans meet customer specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Analyze production performance, plan adherence, capacity utilization, and lead time.




- Support process improvement initiatives in production planning and execution.

Required Skills

- Strong production planning and scheduling skills.
- Good knowledge of PPC, MRP, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of yarn dyeing process.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Garduate or Diploma in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology.

Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in PPC, Textile or Manufacturing.

Preferred

- Strong planning and coordination skills.
- From Cotton dyed fabric industries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
