Job Summary

Shriram Enterprises is looking for motivated and technically sound B.Tech Electrical Engineering graduates to work as Graduate Apprentice Trainees at project sites. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to electrical installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and project execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in electrical erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Support cable laying, cable tray installation, and electrical equipment installation.
- Assist in the inspection and maintenance of motors, transformers, switchgear, and other electrical equipment.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site documentation.




- Follow electrical safety procedures and project quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other project teams.
- Learn and support execution activities at PSU and thermal power plant sites.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety practices.
- Positive communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work at project sites and relocate as required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with MS Office and electrical drawings.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in an industrial environment.
