Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of 3–4 real estate projects simultaneously, including our major development project in New Raipur.

The ideal candidate must possess 15+ years of experience in real estate or construction project management, exceptional leadership and communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple project teams independently.

The candidate will work closely with senior management at the GE Road office and ensure that all projects are executed within approved budgets, timelines, quality parameters, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Project Management

- Independently oversee 3–4 real estate and construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project execution strategies, master schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress across all project sites and ensure timely achievement of deliverables.
- Prioritize project activities, allocate resources, and resolve inter-project dependencies.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

2. Project Planning & Execution

- Lead projects from initial planning and mobilization through execution and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, construction standards, and safety requirements.
- Identify execution bottlenecks, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain effective coordination between project sites and the corporate office.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash-flow requirements, and cost forecasts.




- Control construction costs and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Review contractor bills, work orders, procurement requirements, and project expenditure.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

4. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and supervise project managers, project engineers, site engineers, contractors, and other project personnel.

5. Management Reporting & MIS

- Report directly to senior management and provide regular updates on all ongoing projects.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, progress presentations, budget statements, and risk reports.
- Conduct periodic project review meetings and recommend solutions for delays or cost overruns.
- Maintain transparent communication regarding project performance, challenges, and completion forecasts.

6. Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Monitor project-related approvals, statutory documentation, and regulatory compliance in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Ensure proper documentation, quality inspections, safety compliance, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or an MBA in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Relevant technical qualifications and professional certifications will be preferred.

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure project management.
- Proven track record of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, township, plotting, or land-development projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, construction execution, budgeting, procurement, quality control, and risk management.
- Experience managing multiple teams, contractors, consultants, and senior-level stakeholders.
- Establish clear responsibilities, reporting structures, and performance targets.
- Review team productivity and ensure accountability across all project locations.
- Build a disciplined, performance-oriented, and collaborative work environment.

Essential Skills & Competencies

- Leadership: Strong ability to lead multiple project teams and drive execution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil construction, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
- Computer Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and MIS reporting. Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, cost forecasts, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Professional Personality: Confident, well-groomed, disciplined, and capable of interacting professionally with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to resolve complex operational issues.
