Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of housekeeping staff.

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across classrooms, washrooms, corridors, offices, activity areas, and the school campus.

- Allocate duties, monitor staff attendance, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

- Ensure the proper use, storage, and replenishment of cleaning materials and equipment.

- Monitor waste segregation and ensure proper disposal of dry and wet waste.

- Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, and cleaning records.

- Coordinate with the administration team regarding maintenance needs, repairs, and housekeeping supplies.

- Ensure adherence to school safety, hygiene, and child-protection protocols.

- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safe chemical handling, and workplace discipline.

Requirements





- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a school, hospital, hotel, or institutional setting.

- Valuable team-management, communication, and organisational skills.

- Ability to maintain discipline, follow schedules, and handle responsibilities independently.

- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, sanitation practices, and hygiene standards.

- A proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Job Details
