About the role :

You will take ownership of the Team Bliss Creatio implementation end-to-end lead-to-cash platform covering sales pipeline, project tracking, invoicing, time registration and billing, and any other processes that Bliss plans to digitalise. You will become the primary technical authority on Creatio, taking over solution design, development and implementation. You will define how the systems evolve, make data model decisions, and lead implementation. You will also set the engineering standards for the team, including the use of Claude Code and GitHub as collaborative development tools. In parallel, you will contribute to the Bliss AI Change platform, working on data pipelines, AI agent tooling and backend feature development. You set the standards and criteria for future development and will take part proactively in projects as an solution architect, helping to define the scope and defining technical guidelines

This is a senior technical role with significant autonomy and direct impact. You are driven by optimizing your impact using AI. You will work closely with the Director of AI Product Development and the Creatio team.

What you will own :

Creatio CRM — primary responsibility

Take over, document and own the full technical architecture of the existing Creatio lead-to-cash implementation

Own all solution design, custom business process development, workflow automation and data model evolution in Creatio

Design and implement integrations between Creatio and external systems: Exact Online, Docusign, Broker sites, the Bliss AI platform…

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that the application support engineer cannot handle

Define and enforce development standards, branching strategy and deployment procedures for the Creatio codebase

Guide and technically supervise the Mid-Level Developer on Creatio tasks

Bliss AI Change platform — secondary responsibility

Contribute to the Python-based AI platform design, backend, data pipeline development, API integrations, agent tool implementation

Work with the Director on AI agent design,



prompt engineering and tool orchestration using Claude Code

Support Azure DevOps pipeline configuration and deployment automation

Required skills :

Business Analysis: essential

Ability to engage internal stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to map existing business processes, elicit requirements, and translate them into Creatio solution designs. Comfortable running discovery sessions to understand how lead-to-cash, project tracking, invoicing, and time/billing workflows currently operate, identifying inefficiencies and gaps, and proposing how each step can be digitalised, automated, or improved within Creatio. Skilled at documenting as-is and to-be process flows, validating proposed designs with non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations on scope and trade-offs, and ensuring the implemented system reflects actual operational needs rather than assumptions.

Creatio: essential

Minimum 3 years of Creatio development experience including solution design and architecture on a production enterprise implementation

Proficiency in C#, JavaScript and T-SQL, the core Creatio development stack

Deep knowledge of Creatio business process designing, data model, section and detail customisation

Experience with Creatio REST API and OData integration patterns

Creatio Academy certification or demonstrable equivalent knowledge

AI platform: essential

Python proficiency, data structures, API clients, async patterns, file handling

Claude Code Must be demonstrated in the technical interview. You will use Claude Code daily to navigate codebases, diagnose issues, design solutions and implement features collaboratively with AI assistance

GitHub mandatory. Branching strategy, pull requests, code review,



issue tracking and cooperative development workflows.

Familiarity with REST API design and OAuth 2.0 authentication flows

Nice to have :

Azure DevOps — pipeline configuration, resource management, deployment automation

Experience with LLM API integration (Anthropic, OpenAI or equivalent)

Plotly Dash or equivalent Python data visualisation framework

Google Workspace API integration experience

Microsoft 365 / Graph API integration experience

Practical details :

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan, India

Overlap required: minimum 4 hours CET overlap daily (recommended 13:00–17:00 CET / 16:30–20:30 IST)

Presence in Udaipur: At least 10 working days a month in the Udaipur office; remote on other days.

Contract type: to be agreed, freelance or employment depending on candidate preference

Reporting to: Director of AI Product Development, Team Bliss

Compensation -

Gross salary: INR 190,000 a month (INR 2,280,000 a year)

Target bonus: 9% of annual gross salary on meeting agreed targets (INR 2,05,200 a year)

Interview stages -

Stage 1: 30-minute intro call — background, motivation, working style

Stage 2: Creatio / Technical knowledge screening— configuration and basic development questions, practical scenario. Live Claude Code screening — candidate uses Claude Code to explore a Python script, explain what it does, identify an issue and implement a fix. This stage is eliminatory. This screening is with the Director of AI Product Development

Stage 3: Final conversation with Director Milouisa Management India Private Limited and Team Bliss
