- Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and key accounts.
- Develop new customers and expand business in the automobile/manufacturing sector.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and support commercial discussions with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, marketing, customer, and business development reports to management.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Finance, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely customer requirements are met.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Conduct customer visits, market visits, and business development meetings.
- Develop strategies for increasing sales volume, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.




- Lead and guide the marketing/sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Maintain proper records of customers, enquiries, orders, and business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Experience in Automobile / Aluminium / Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Engineering background, preferably Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
- Candidates with strong experience in B2B marketing and customer management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
