About the Role

Konkan Explorers is looking for an energetic and organized Booking Coordinator to manage guest communications and reservations for our excursion yachts and mangrove kayaking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Address calls and answer inquiries across calls, messages, Instagram, and other mediums.
- Perform data entry to log all incoming inquiries and booking details into our CRM.
- Keep a record of incoming invoices and bills, assisting the accountant by organizing files so statements and documents can be retrieved easily when needed.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal fluency in English and Hindi.
- Discipline: Punctual work hours and reliable skilled habits.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to flexible timings based on operational needs.
- Mindset: A good spirit and strong interest to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
