About the Opportunity
At GRAD & Company, your articleship is designed to complement your CA Final preparation with practical, hands-on experience. You will work across multiple domains under the guidance of experienced Chartered Accountants, connecting academic concepts with real-world business and client assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Books preparation, accounting, and migration assignments.
- Audit & Assurance: Statutory audits, internal audits, and certifications.
- Direct Taxation: Income-tax returns, tax planning, and litigation support.
- Indirect Taxation: GST registrations, return filing, advisory, and litigation support.
- Business Advisory: Business valuations, M&A; advisory, and fundraising assignments.
- Virtual CFO Services: MIS reporting, budgeting, and investor updates.
- Corporate Compliance: Company law matters and ROC filings.

Learning & Development

- Work reviewed by experienced Chartered Accountants, with guidance on the reasoning behind each assignment.
- Structured learning and development sessions connecting CA Final concepts with practical applications.




- Problem-solving exercises following L&D; sessions, with opportunities to demonstrate your understanding.
- Exposure to multiple service lines, helping you build a robust professional foundation.
