We are urgently hiring a Payroll Executive / HR Executive to manage monthly payroll processing and related HR operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in salary calculations, payroll validation, attendance inputs, deductions, and payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and salary inputs.
- Perform payroll calculations, reconciliation, and reporting using MS Excel.
- Maintain payroll records and handle salary-related employee queries.
- Support full-and-final settlements and statutory payroll documentation, as applicable.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll closure.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of direct payroll processing experience.




- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and AI tools.
- Fluency in English and the local language; Hindi is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality.

Work Requirements

- Full-time, work-from-office role in Bangalore.
- Flexibility to work late hours and on weekly offs during month-end payroll closure, as required.
