Hiring: Marketing Head – Real Estate

Atlantis Group is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Head to oversee and coordinate the marketing activities for its real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate marketing, digital lead generation, agency management, and offline branding.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Marketing Agency Management: Coordinate with multiple marketing agencies, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of agreed marketing campaigns and creative assets.

- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Oversee online lead generation campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and coordinate with agencies to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

- Offline Marketing & Branding: Coordinate with vendors for outdoor advertising, hoardings, standees, banners, site branding, and other promotional activities.

- Creative Development: Work closely with agencies to conceptualise and develop attractive brochures, project booklets, marketing creatives, presentations, and other sales collateral.

- Campaign Execution:



Ensure consistent branding and timely execution of marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.

- Vendor Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination with external agencies, printers, and other marketing vendors.

- Performance Monitoring: Track marketing deliverables, campaign results, and lead generation metrics to ensure effective execution.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a real estate developer.

- Solid coordination, communication, and project management skills.

- Good creative sense with the ability to guide agencies on brochures, booklets, advertisements, and branding materials.

- Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, online lead generation, and social media advertising.

- Ability to manage multiple agencies and vendors while ensuring timely execution.

- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach with an understanding of real estate marketing and customer engagement.

Compensation

₹50,000+ per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
