Job Description

As a Merchandising Intern, you will work closely with the team to manage product catalogues, organise inventory, improve product presentation and support merchandising activities across our physical store and online platforms.

This role offers hands-on experience in retail merchandising, product assortment planning, e-commerce operations and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in product cataloguing, categorisation and maintaining accurate product information.
- Organise and maintain product inventory, stock records and SKU details.
- Support product assortment planning and identify opportunities for current products.
- Help create and update product listings on the website and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor stock availability, best-selling products and slow-moving inventory.
- Conduct basic market research on competitor products, pricing and merchandising trends.
- Support seasonal merchandising and festive collection planning.

Skills Required

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in retail, fashion,



lifestyle products, home décor or traditional Indian products.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- An understanding of product presentation and visual aesthetics.
- Willingness to learn inventory management and e-commerce operations.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Update product details, pricing and inventory sheets.
- Organise product categories and maintain SKU-level records.
- Assist in preparing products for photography and online listing.
- Review stock levels and flag products that need replenishment.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings and new product opportunities.
- Help improve product displays and online catalogue organisation.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
