Station Head – Courier & Logistics Operations

PCNL is looking for an experienced Station Head to manage day-to-day courier operations at its Delhi station. The candidate will be responsible for operational efficiency, shipment movement, team management, customer satisfaction, business growth and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily courier operations, including booking, pickup, sorting, dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure timely shipment movement and delivery while minimising pending consignments.
- Supervise station employees, delivery staff and operational teams.
- Coordinate with branches, hubs, customers and business associates.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the sales team to acquire recent customers and increase revenue.
- Control operational expenses and minimise shipment loss and damage.




- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and monitor performance against targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in courier, logistics or transportation operations.
- Previous experience managing a courier station, branch, centre or hub is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of shipment tracking, dispatch and last-mile delivery operations.
- Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer skills and experience preparing operational reports.

Salary: As per company norms and experience.

Candidates with proven experience in courier and logistics operations and the ability to manage station performance independently are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
