Working Days: 6 Days a Week(1st and 3rd Saturday off)
Experience: 2–4 Years Preferred
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Dispatch Trainer to train students and freshers in practical logistics and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train students in logistics and truck dispatching operations.
- Explain load booking, load boards, rate negotiation, and broker communication.
- Provide practical training on dispatching software and platforms.
- Explain carrier setup, rate confirmations, and dispatch documentation.
- Improve trainees' communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct practical sessions,
assignments, and performance assessments.
- Prepare trainees for logistics and dispatching roles.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in logistics and truck dispatching.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and load boards.
- Positive communication and training skills.
- Ability to explain practical concepts to beginners.
- Responsible and professional approach.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
