Project Estimation: Calculate the total cost of a project.
Rate Analysis: Calculate material, labour, transportation, equipment, and installation costs.
Tendering: Prepare and submit tenders.
Purchase Management: Negotiate with suppliers to obtain materials at competitive prices.
Quotation Preparation: Determine the appropriate price to quote to customers.
Profit Calculation: Calculate the expected profit on each project.
Subcontractor Management: Negotiate rates with labour contractors and subcontractors.
Project Execution: Plan and control project costs.
Billing: Prepare BOQs, measurement sheets, running bills, and final bills.
Business Guidance: Advise you on which projects to accept and which projects to avoid.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
