Job Description

DR Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a compassionate and organized Fertility & IVF Couple Coordinator to support patients and couples throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a patient-friendly approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with doctors and hospital teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate appointments and consultations for couples visiting the fertility centre.
- Guide patients through the different stages of the IVF treatment process.
- Explain treatment procedures and appointment schedules in simple, clear language.
- Maintain regular communication with patients and provide timely follow-up support.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors, and other hospital departments.
- Help couples understand the next steps in their treatment journey.




- Maintain accurate patient records and update coordination details.
- Address routine patient queries professionally and direct medical questions to the concerned doctor.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a supportive environment.
- Assist the team in improving patient satisfaction and the overall treatment experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in patient coordination, counselling, healthcare, or hospital administration.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with couples in a respectful, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and record-maintenance skills.
- Experience in IVF, fertility care, or a hospital setting is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
