Job Summary

Maestloper Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to acquire clients for our AI automation solutions, AI calling agents, WhatsApp AI agents, and IT services. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, including real estate builders, developers, brokers, and other businesses.
- Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Present AI automation solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the technical team for client onboarding and implementation.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Experience in field sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Confidence in meeting business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Experience in real estate, IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing sales is preferred.
