Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Accounts and Finance function of the company.

Ensure the timely preparation, maintenance, and finalization of books of accounts.

Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.

Supervise import-export accounting transactions and related documentation.

Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Desired Skills

Solid understanding of Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Compliance.





Minimum 3-6 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.

Experience in handling audits and regulatory requirements independently.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Ability to lead finance operations with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Private Limited Companies.

B.com or M.com Graduate.

Ability to work closely with management, CA and CS team.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
