Job Overview

HOPUP is seeking active and responsible Floor Service Associates to support daily floor operations and provide excellent customer assistance at our entertainment park.

Key Duties

- Welcome and assist customers on the floor.
- Guide guests about attractions, services, offers, and operating procedures.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with supervisors when required.
- Manage queues and maintain smooth guest flow.
- Ensure the assigned floor area remains clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist guests with general information and service-related requests.
- Maintain basic customer feedback and daily activity records.
- Support operations during peak hours and special events.
- Follow safety rules, uniform requirements,



and company procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Energetic, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Freshers are welcome.
