Job Details
- Position: HR Recruiter
- Qualification: Any Degree (Completed)
- Age: 22–30 years
- Experience: Freshers / Relevant Experience Preferred
- Training Period: 6 Months
- Training Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Salary from 7th Month: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, based on performance
- Incentives: Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on performance
- Languages: English required; Hindi preferred. Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu are advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for available job openings.
- Contact applicants and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up on applications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Support recruitment activities and achieve hiring targets.
Skills Required
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate with candidates professionally.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Important Information
