Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Field Sales Executive with strong knowledge of Stone Crusher Plants, crushing machinery, and spare parts. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, and business development within the crusher, mining, quarry, or construction equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in the Stone Crusher, Mining, Quarry, and Construction industries.
- Conduct regular field visits to crusher plants, mining sites, dealers, and contractors.
- Promote and sell crusher plant machinery, spare parts, and related equipment.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery and spare parts.
- Generate sales leads, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical, service, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and customer payments.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and sales pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a technical qualification will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Crusher Plant Machinery, Mining Equipment, or Industrial Spare Parts.
- Valuable understanding of Stone Crusher Plant operations and machinery.
- Knowledge of Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, VSI Crushers, Vibrating Screens, Conveyor Belts, and related spare parts will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel across Jaipur and other assigned territories in Rajasthan.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience in preparing quotations and sales reports.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates currently working with crusher machinery manufacturers, mining equipment suppliers, industrial spare parts companies, or construction equipment dealers will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000, based on experience and suitability.
- Sales incentives based on company policy.
- Travel allowance and other applicable benefits as per company policy.
