Required Skills
Solid documentation & record‑keeping skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015,SEDEX, and customer audit requirements.
Good command of MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Ability to perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, RCA tools).
Good communication & presentation skills.
Attention to detail, problem‑solving, and teamwork.
