Job Summary

Mallika Furniture & Electronics is looking for an experienced and responsible Inventory Head to oversee inventory and warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient stock management across the business.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory control, stock auditing, warehouse operations, team management, and inventory reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, minimizing inventory discrepancies, and coordinating with sales, purchase, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily inventory and warehouse operations.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems and MS Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and warehouse teams for effective stock movement.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of furniture and electronic products.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, and non-moving stock and report findings to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Establish and maintain effective inventory control procedures.




- Supervise inventory staff, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely stock inward and outward entries and maintain proper stock documentation.
- Identify stock-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse management, or stock control.
- Experience in the furniture, electronics, retail, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of stock management, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation.
- Basic to good computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of inventory operations.
