Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Candidate CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Recruitment Payout: 1% of the candidate's annual CTC upon successful closure

Role Overview

We are looking for a freelance recruiter who can source, screen, and close suitable candidates for an L2 GCP Cloud Infrastructure Engineer position in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates based on GCP cloud infrastructure and Linux administration experience.
- Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure successful placement of the selected candidate.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in freelance recruitment or IT hiring.




- Understanding of GCP Cloud Infrastructure and Linux Administration roles.
- Ability to identify candidates with relevant technical experience.
- Solid communication and candidate coordination skills.

Recruitment Details

- Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra
- Maximum Candidate CTC: ₹10,00,000 per annum
- Recruitment Payout: 1% of the candidate's annual CTC
- Payout Amount at ₹10 LPA: ₹10,000
- Payment Condition: Payable upon successful closure, subject to the agreed payment terms.

Important Note

The recruiter's responsibility is to deliver a successful candidate closure for the specified position. The payout is applicable only to the agreed recruitment assignment and will be processed according to the mutually agreed terms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
