We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Migration Test Analyst to support SAP cloud transformation, migration, system integration, and enterprise application testing.

The successful candidate will work closely with SAP functional consultants, migration teams, developers, business analysts, and Test Leads to ensure successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud migration initiatives.

Role Overview

As an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Migration Test Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and supporting testing activities across SAP S/4HANA Cloud migration and transformation projects.

The role requires hands-on experience in SAP functional testing, data migration validation, integration testing, and end-to-end business process testing.

You will help ensure that migrated business processes, data, interfaces, and configurations function correctly within the target SAP S/4HANA environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP S/4HANA Cloud Migration Testing

- Develop and execute test scenarios for SAP S/4HANA Cloud migration programmes.
- Validate business processes following migration from legacy SAP ERP or other enterprise systems.
- Test configuration changes, system enhancements, and migrated functionalities.
- Support system conversion, upgrade, and cloud migration testing activities.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify migration-related risks, defects, and data inconsistencies.
- Support cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness, and post-migration validation.

Data Migration & Reconciliation Testing

- Validate data migration from source systems to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Review data mapping, transformation rules, and migration requirements.




- Verify master data and transactional data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform source-to-target reconciliation and data validation.
- Identify missing, duplicated, or incorrectly transformed records.
- Collaborate with data migration and functional teams to investigate discrepancies.

SAP Functional & Integration Testing

- Execute test scenarios across relevant SAP functional modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, or other business areas.
- Validate end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
- Test integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and connected enterprise applications.
- Validate APIs, IDocs, middleware interfaces, and data exchange processes where applicable.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing business functionality remains unaffected.
- Verify user roles, authorisations, and business process access.

Test Management & Quality Assurance

- Analyse business requirements, functional specifications, and migration documentation.
- Prepare detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Execute System Testing, SIT, regression testing, and support UAT.
- Record test results and maintain execution evidence.
- Log, investigate, track, and retest defects.
- Maintain requirements traceability and testing documentation.
- Provide regular testing status reports, defect summaries, and risk updates.
- Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP testing experience.
- Practical experience testing SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrades.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and system architecture.
- Experience in data migration testing, data validation, and reconciliation.




- Experience testing at least one SAP functional area such as FI/CO, MM, or SD.
- Strong understanding of integration and end-to-end business process testing.
- Experience in functional, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Ability to independently design and execute test scenarios from business requirements.
- Experience with JIRA, qTest, Azure DevOps, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar testing tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or Private Edition.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and data migration tools.
- Understanding of SAP BTP, SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, and IDocs.
- Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and role-based testing.
- Exposure to Tricentis Tosca or SAP test automation frameworks.
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager.
- Knowledge of cutover testing and post-go-live support.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
