1. Job Summary

Raaasha Invotech Private Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to support electrical system design, installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and product development. The candidate will coordinate with the R&D;, production, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electrical operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain electrical circuits, wiring systems, and electrical panels.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Install, inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical equipment and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
- Work with motors, relays, contactors, switches, sensors, power supplies, and control systems.
- Support electrical wiring, panel assembly, cable routing, and component selection.
- Assist with electrical testing, fault diagnosis, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for equipment integration and product development.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety procedures and company standards.
- Support energy efficiency, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist in identifying spare parts and preparing electrical material requirements.

3. Required Technical Skills





- Robust fundamentals in electrical engineering and electrical circuits.
- Knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, relays, and contactors.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Understanding of electrical testing instruments, including multimeters and clamp meters.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, earthing, and protection devices.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Awareness of electrical safety practices and applicable standards.

4. Qualifications and ExperienceFor Freshers

- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, testing, and safety.
- Practical knowledge through academic projects, internships, or industrial training is an advantage.

5.For Experienced Candidates

- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, electrical design, panel wiring, industrial equipment, or testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently.
- Experience coordinating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
