We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, explaining our products/services, handling customer queries, and generating leads.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain daily calling records and customer data.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
