Key Responsibilities:

Raw Material Requirement Planning & Production Planning & Dispatch:

- Plan raw material requirements according to the monthly customer schedule and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate production and dispatch activities as per the customer schedule to meet delivery timelines.

Daily Production Monitoring & Shop Floor Management:

- Monitor daily production output against set targets and take corrective actions to address deviations.
- Maintain shop floor discipline in line with company rules and regulations, ensuring safety in plant operations.

Housekeeping & Employee Awareness:

- Ensure the maintenance of proper housekeeping standards and raise employee awareness regarding cleanliness and organization.

Manpower & Resource Utilization and Training & Development:

- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources to achieve productivity targets.
- Ensure training activities are conducted as per the training plan, keeping employees updated with necessary skills as per the skill matrix

Preventive Maintenance:

- Oversee the preventive maintenance of machinery as per the schedule to avoid breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.

Daily Meetings & Problem Resolution:

- Daily morning meetings and closing meetings with staff as per agenda,



and communicate any shortfalls or issues to higher management, resolving problems with their assistance.

Documentation & ISO/TS Compliance:

- Maintain all required documents and records as per ISO/TS standards on a daily basis.

ERP Software:

- Maintain production entries in software.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

- Initiate and implement Poka-yoke, Kaizen, and cost-saving projects on a monthly basis to improve operational efficiency.

Tooling Availability:

- Ensure the availability of tooling to prevent production losses or quality issues.

Maintaining in-process quality:

- Coordinating with the quality team to ensure no line loss due to quality concerns

Key Skills:

- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, preventive maintenance, and manpower management.
- Problem-solving and RCA skills to address quality complaints.
- Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives like Poka-yoke and Kaizen.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
