Position: Senior SOC / NOC Analyst (L2)
*Location:* Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – Full-Time
*Experience:* 4–7+ years in SOC/NOC, IT Operations or Managed Services
*Salary:* Up to ₹6 LPA
*Interview:* Face-to-Face Only
*Shifts Available:*
- Day: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
- Night: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST
- Overnight: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM IST
*Mandatory Skills:* Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, CrowdStrike EDR/XDR and Rubrik Backup.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Monitor and investigate SOC/NOC alerts and resolve L2 incidents.
- Troubleshoot Windows/M365, endpoint, network and backup issues.
- Manage tickets using Zoho Desk and monitoring tools.
- Document incidents,
escalate complex issues to L3 and ensure smooth shift handovers.
*Communication:* Solid spoken and written English for U.S. client interactions.
*Preferred:* Coimbatore-based candidates available for face-to-face interviews.
