Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Verification & Physician Billing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare, insurance eligibility verification, and physician billing processes. The candidate should be proficient in verifying insurance coverage, reviewing patient benefits, and supporting accurate physician billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance eligibility, active coverage, and policy details.
- Review benefits, deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Verify coverage for physician consultations, specialist visits, and medical procedures.
- Contact insurance companies through calls and online portals to confirm eligibility and advantages.
- Review patient demographics, insurance details, and physician billing information for accuracy.
- Identify coverage discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Update insurance verification results in EHR/EMR and billing systems.
- Support physician billing activities, including charge review and claim preparation, as required.




- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing.
- Hands-on experience in Insurance Verification & Eligibility.
- Knowledge of US physician billing and provider-based billing workflows.
- Understanding of insurance benefits, payer portals, and eligibility checks.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR and medical billing systems.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
