Candidate should be willing to providing guidance to students interested in studying in abroad. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated with a strong interest in marketing.

Your Role: Overseas Education Counsellor

As a Counsellor, you will guide and support students in their pursuit of overseas education by assessing their eligibility, understanding their aspirations, and assisting them with university admissions abroad. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping students and their families navigate the complex application process with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert counselling to students based on their eligibility and academic aspirations.
- Understand student requirements and expectations to assist in overseas university admissions.
- Interact with students and parents offering guidance on university selections and application procedures.
- Respond to student queries ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.




- Conduct follow-ups with students to maintain engagement and support.
- Creating brand awareness among the college students.
- Actively take part in local promotions.
- Participate in colleges, Vocational Institutes, Fairs, Seminars & Exhibitions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student advisory, or career counselling.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

- Robust oral communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to provide clear and concise information to students and parents.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
- Positive, outgoing, and passionate about guiding students towards their international aspirations.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and online platforms.

PROBATION PERIOD
3 months.
