We "Encore Natural Polymers Pvt Ltd '' are the leading Manufacturer in the Chemical Industry. We have our Manufacturing plant in Naroda GIDC area, and Headquarter in Mumbai, Maharashtra. So for Our Plant Naroda, Ahmedabad location we are looking for QC chemist.

Qualification: - B.Sc / M.Sc(Chemistry)

Experience:- Fresher/1-3 Years of Experience

Job Duties:-

A quality control (QC) chemist's job duties include testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. They also perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, document all findings in detailed reports, and collaborate with other teams to resolve quality issues.

- Conducting tests: Perform chemical and physical tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and final products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Equipment maintenance: Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Documentation and reporting: Prepare detailed reports of test results,



analyze data, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Quality assurance: Ensure all processes and products comply with company and regulatory standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve any quality issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Method development: Develop and validate current testing methods and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work with production, research, and development teams to maintain and improve product quality.
- Inventory management: Track and report on the supplies needed for the QC lab.
- Safety compliance: Follow all safety procedures and handle hazardous materials appropriately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
