Antier Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Executives for our transportation and cargo business.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in sales, customer engagement, and business development. You will connect with potential customers, introduce relevant transportation and cargo services, generate leads, and support business growth through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
- Introduce transportation and cargo services and understand customer requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-up activities.
- Explain service offerings clearly and handle basic customer queries.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.
- Work towards assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales may apply.
- Good verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and engage with new customers.
- Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain records.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, cargo, or B2B sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
