We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the manufacturing operations of our commercial bakery and food processing machinery (such as rotary rack ovens, spiral mixers, and planetary mixers). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering design and shop-floor execution, ensuring that machines are fabricated, assembled, and tested to the highest quality standards.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Shop Floor Execution: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production and assembly schedules to ensure timely delivery of machinery.
- ​Drawing & Process Interpretation: Read and interpret 2D manufacturing drawings, 3D assembly models, and BOMs (Bills of Materials) to guide workshop fabricators and assembly workers.
- ​Quality & Process Control: Monitor fabrication quality (sheet metal cutting, bending, welding,



and machining) to ensure adherence to engineering tolerances and company standards.
- ​Resource & Workflow Optimization: Streamline shop-floor processes, minimize material wastage, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency using lean or 5S principles.
- ​Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical roadblocks, fitment issues, or assembly errors swiftly on the shop floor.
- ​Coordination: Work closely with the design team, stores department, and purchase manager to ensure raw materials and components are available when needed for production.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
