Hiring: E-commerce Operations Executive (Work From Home)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shipping Label Generation: Generate shipping labels, invoices, and order documents for online orders.
- Accounts & Payment Reconciliation: Maintain sales and expense records, reconcile marketplace settlements and payment transactions, and assist with bookkeeping.
- E-commerce Catalog Management: Create, update, and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
- Order Management: Monitor orders, shipping status, cancellations, returns, and related operational activities.

Required Skills:

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic accounting.




- Experience in payment reconciliation and bookkeeping will be preferred.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software is an advantage.

Work Arrangement: Work from home, with regular communication and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Compensation: Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
