We are expanding our presence in Dhanbad and are looking for a highly proactive Centre Head to take ownership of our Dhanbad office and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Centre Head will be responsible for the overall business development, sales, client handling and day-to-day operations of the Dhanbad office.

This is an ownership-oriented role. We are looking for someone who does not wait for work to be assigned but actively identifies opportunities, follows up with prospects, develops contractor/vendor networks and converts leads into projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

- Generate current leads for construction, architectural, interior and turnkey projects.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Convert enquiries into site visits, quotations and projects.
- Develop relationships with property owners, builders, contractors, architects and local businesses.
- Maintain and continuously develop a strong local business network.

Contractor & Vendor Management

- Identify and maintain a database of reliable contractors and vendors.
- Obtain competitive quotations for different works.
- Compare rates, scope and execution capabilities.




- Negotiate rates to achieve the best possible commercial terms.
- Maintain an updated contractor/vendor rate database.

Office Operations

- Take complete ownership of Dhanbad office operations.
- Ensure daily activities are properly planned and executed.
- Coordinate with the Deoghar design, estimation and execution teams.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated properly to the relevant team.
- Maintain daily work reports and pipeline updates.

Client Management

- Handle client meetings and enquiries professionally.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate for design/quotation preparation.
- Follow up until project closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Reporting & Targets

- Submit daily activity/progress reports.
- Maintain lead, quotation and conversion records.
- Track pending follow-ups and ensure timely closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and project acquisition targets.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate measurable performance through:

- New leads generated
- Client meetings
- Site visits
- Quotations generated
- Follow-ups completed
- Contractor/vendor network developed
- Projects converted
- Monthly revenue/project acquisition

This position is not suitable for candidates who require continuous supervision or wait for work to be assigned.

Candidate Profile





We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly proactive and self-motivated
- Strong in communication and negotiation
- Comfortable meeting clients and contractors
- Target-oriented and commercially minded
- Capable of independently managing an office
- Good at follow-ups and maintaining records
- Familiar with the local Dhanbad market
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel and basic office software
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits

Candidates with a strong local network in Dhanbad will have an advantage.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of construction/real estate/architecture is preferred
- Must be comfortable with field visits
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Knowledge of Dhanbad market preferred

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives
