Customer Care Executive (Voice & Email Process)

Pay: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

Airvincible Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our customer support team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will assist customers via voice calls and emails, resolve inquiries efficiently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via Voice Calls and Email Support.
- Provide accurate product/service information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support tickets.
- Adhere to company process guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through transparent and empathetic communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma, Intermediate, or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving mindset, positive attitude, and customer-first approach.

Job Details & Schedule

- Shift: Rotational shifts (Full-Time)
- Work Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational week off)
- Location: Panjagutta, Hyderabad (Near Bajaj Electronics Building, 4th Floor, Pillar No. 1111)
