Position: Academic Counsellor
Location: Areekode, Malappuram (Free accommodation)

We are looking for a dedicated and student-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves connecting with aspiring learners, understanding their educational goals, providing guidance on suitable programs, and supporting them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Proactively contact prospects to generate student assessments from assigned business leads.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct assessment sessions with students and parents to evaluate academic levels, learning behaviors, and overall requirements, and guide them in selecting the most suitable products or courses from the organization’s portfolio.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to students and parents via phone, effectively handle inquiries, address objections, and drive course enrollments while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of CRM systems in accordance with defined timelines and processes.
- Process and maintain student data to identify new business opportunities,



including referrals from existing clients.
- Prepare and submit daily operational and work reports in the prescribed format.
- Support the Department Manager in executing day-to-day operational activities efficiently.
- Ensure effective coordination with training and evaluation teams by supplying necessary inputs to support performance reviews and skill development initiatives.
- Accept and implement recommendations, suggestions, and learnings from training programs and evaluations to continuously improve performance.
- Focus on achieving monthly targets across key performance areas, including assessments conducted, revenue, and admission conversions.
