Job Summary:

We are looking for a Shrink Operator to manage shrink-wrapping and packaging operations in our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for operating shrink-packaging equipment, monitoring packaging quality, maintaining machine performance, and ensuring that products are packed securely according to production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor shrink-wrapping machines and related packaging equipment.
- Set and adjust machine temperature, conveyor speed, and other operating parameters as required.
- Ensure proper shrink film feeding, sealing, wrapping, and packaging quality.
- Inspect finished packs for proper sealing, uniform shrinkage, and packaging defects.
- Monitor film consumption and minimize material wastage.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.




- Identify operational problems and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Maintain production targets, workplace cleanliness, and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience operating shrink-wrapping or shrink-packaging machines.
- Experience in a packaging, bottling, or manufacturing unit preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shrink film, sealing, temperature settings, and machine troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain packaging quality and production efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
