Department: Project Execution / Site Operations
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct accurate site measurements and verify site readiness before installation.
- Coordinate with the design, production, CRM, and execution teams for smooth project execution.
- Supervise installation teams, carpenters, and other site workers.
- Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure project timelines are met.
- Identify and report site-related issues, measurement discrepancies, and technical challenges.
- Track pending work, additional work, and completion status at every site.
- Ensure proper marking of EPT (as per company process), hardware placement, and installation alignment.
- Maintain quality standards, finishing, and workmanship at all project sites.
- Coordinate with clients and other contractors whenever required.
- Share daily site updates, photographs, progress reports, and pending-work status with the execution team.




- Monitor material availability and ensure proper utilization of hardware and accessories.
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and qualified conduct of installation teams.
- Escalate execution delays and technical issues to the Execution Head for timely resolution.
- Ensure final inspection, snag-list closure, and project handover.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture installation, or interior execution.
- Good understanding of modular furniture installation, hardware, fittings, and finishing.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
- Strong measurement, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and installation teams.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and site documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi NCR.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
