The Role

We are hiring a creative and reliable full-time Video Editor who understands visual storytelling, social media trends, and how to capture attention in the first few seconds. You will turn raw footage and creative briefs into polished content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, podcast clips, and longer-form brand content.

- Build strong hooks, pacing, and story structure that improve retention and engagement.

- Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and branded visual elements.

- Handle colour correction, basic grading, audio balancing, and platform-ready exports.

- Adapt ideas into multiple aspect ratios, durations, and channel-specific versions.

- Follow client brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.

- Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams and deliver work on schedule.

- Organise project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.

- Stay current with editing styles, social trends, platform formats, and AI-assisted creative tools.

Requirements

- Demonstrable video-editing experience; a portfolio or showreel is mandatory.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.

- Strong understanding of pacing,



storytelling, typography, music, and visual hierarchy.

- Working knowledge of colour correction, audio cleanup, subtitles, and platform export specifications.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, respond to feedback, and meet deadlines.

- Good communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn content formats.

Preferred Skills

- Motion graphics and animation.

- Basic graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

- Camera handling, cinematography, or content-shoot experience.

- Experience editing paid social advertisements and performance-driven creative.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted editing and content tools.

Employment Details

- Full-time

- Hyderabad, Telangana - hybrid with remote flexibility

- Pay: ₹10,000-₹50,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and portfolio
