We are looking for a talented, creative, and motivated Architect with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our architectural and design team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, preparation of working drawings, 3D visualization, coordination with consultants, and site-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality work within project timelines.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Architectural Planning & Design

- Prepare concept designs, architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop architectural designs in accordance with project requirements and design briefs.
- Work on residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and other architectural projects.
- Ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality in architectural planning and design documentation.

B. Working Drawings & Technical Documentation

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction details, and design documentation.
- Develop drawings in coordination with project specifications and technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation, revision control, and organization of project drawings and files.

C. 3D Visualization & Presentations

- Develop 3D models, views, and architectural visualizations for design proposals.
- Prepare presentations and visual material for client meetings and project discussions.
- Use appropriate design and rendering software to communicate architectural concepts effectively.

D. Consultant & Site Coordination

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project consultants to ensure design integration.
- Visit project sites when required to review work progress and coordinate with contractors and site teams.




- Assist in resolving design-related issues and clarifying drawings during execution.
- Ensure coordination between architectural drawings and other technical drawings.

E. Compliance & Quality Control

- Ensure architectural drawings comply with applicable building bye-laws, codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
- Maintain design quality and ensure timely delivery of assigned project work.

F. Client & Project Coordination

- Participate in client meetings and assist in presenting design proposals.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines and report work progress regularly.

3. Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.Arch. / Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant skilled experience in an architectural firm or consultancy.
- Practical experience in architectural planning, working drawings, and design development.
- Experience handling multiple project stages will be an advantage.

4. Required Technical Skills

- AutoCAD: Strong working knowledge is essential.
- SketchUp / 3D Modelling: Working knowledge of 3D modelling software.
- Rendering Software: Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Presentation Tools: Working knowledge of Photoshop and presentation software.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of architectural planning, construction detailing, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Building Regulations: Basic understanding of building bye-laws and approval requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
