Job Summary

We are hiring a Channel Sales Executive to promote residential and commercial plots, build relationships with property brokers, generate leads, and support property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop relationships with property brokers and channel partners.
- Promote residential and commercial plot projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans,



and documentation.
- Follow up with interested customers and channel partners.
- Maintain sales pipelines and channel partner records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales closures.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in real estate, property sales, or channel sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct property site visits.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
