1. Understanding the bid documents for Tender details and other Terms & Conditions

2. Coordinating with the Sourcing team for prices & other details.

3. Technical closure from the customer's side as well as the seller's side.

4. Keeping all the documentation in place such as Datasheet, Drawing, Catalogue, QAP etc.

5. Coordinating with Logistics for cost such as freight charges, packing charges, Insurances,

Fumigation, Export & Import clearances charges & other charges as well.

6. Preparing the cost sheet and getting it approved.

7. Preparing the proposal along with prices and other relevant details & getting it approved.

8. Preparing & submitting complete proposals while bidding for Tenders.

Skills and Key Requirements

- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or competed preferred graduated.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Available for full – time (In – Office) internship.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
