Roles & Responsibilities:

- Bank OD/LC Approval follow-ups
- Budget Planning
- Financial maintenance's
- Banking & Finance operations
- Developing and Implementing Strategies
- Well Knowlegde about Banking related activities & expertise
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Application & Documentation Tracking: Follow up with applicants and internal sales/credit teams to collect missing KYC, financial statements, ITRs, property titles, or collateral papers before and after sanction.
- Lender & Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with bank branches, NBFC credit desks, legal teams, and technical/valuation agencies to clear pending queries and move files to disbursement.
- Portfolio & Repayment Monitoring: Track active loan portfolios to monitor repayment activities, identify early delinquency signs, and track overdue or past-due accounts.




- Follow-Up & Debt Recovery Operations: Conduct structured follow-ups (calls, notices, and site visits) with borrowers regarding upcoming or missed EMIs, pre-closure requests, or account regularizations.
- Sanction Conditions Compliance: Ensure all post-sanction conditions (PSCs) and pre-disbursement conditions (PDCs) are satisfied and documented accurately.

Location: Bangalore Karnataka.

Salary : 40k to 1L

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
