Job Summary

We are seeking a Satellite Communication Engineer with solid expertise in satellite communication systems and data networking technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, integrating, unit testing, and maintaining satellite-based data communication networks, ensuring reliable connectivity and optimal performance for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and maintain satellite communication networks and ground segment infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot VSAT systems,
- Implement and manage IP-based data communication services
- Perform link budget analysis and network performance optimization

Satellite Communication

- VSAT systems
- GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite networks
- Satellite modems (iDirect, Hughes, Comtech, Newtec, etc.)

Data Communication & Networking

- TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6
- Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, RIP
- MPLS and VPN technologies
- LAN/WAN networking
- QoS implementation
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting

Experience: 3-8 Years

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
