Team Reflex Realty is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator with robust Real Estate experience + AI creative expertise to work across Luxury Real Estate, Exclusive Mandates & Project Marketing.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Prior Real Estate experience is mandatory — preferably with a developer, brokerage, mandate company or real estate marketing/creative agency

Strong understanding of real estate projects, product positioning, target audiences & sales communication

Hands-on expertise in AI tools for image generation, video creation, visualisation & creative content

Ability to independently understand a project and translate its USP into the right communication for the right audience & platform

CORE SKILLS

Adobe Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign | Premiere Pro | After Effects | Canva Pro

AI: Adobe Firefly | Midjourney | ChatGPT | Gemini | Canva AI + latest AI image/video tools





WHAT YOU’LL CREATE

- Luxury property brochures & presentations
- Social media creatives, reels & videos
- Digital ads, WhatsApp & email campaigns
- Project launches & mandate campaigns
- Outdoor, print & event creatives
- AI-generated property visuals & videos
- Content across physical, digital & social platforms

Experience in South Mumbai luxury real estate and social media marketing will be a strong advantage.
